Julian keeps the lab running smoothly and the team on track. Whether he’s coordinating cases, solving problems, or making sure deadlines are met, he’s always looking for ways to improve the workflow. Julian brings 30+ years of expertise to the team and is the ‘go to guy’
Outside of the lab you’ll usually find him at the gym or talking American football – often with the same level of enthusiasm.
Senior Technician
Originally from the Netherlands, Douwe brings 20+ years of technical expertise. His career has taken him from the Netherlands to Bangkok and now to New Zealand. Known for his impressive attention to detail, Douwe approaches every case with skill, dedication and a commitment to excellence.
When he’s not creating high quality restorations, he’s either out four-wheel driving, on his motorbike, practising kick boxing or searching for what he insists is a superior lunch option.
Senior Technician
With nearly 20 years experience in the dental industry, Jowell has worked across the Philippines, USA, Singapore, South Korea, Bahrain, Indonesia and now in New Zealand. Specialising in ceramic restorations, he has extensive experience with all restorations. His dedication and positive attitude makes him an invaluable part of the team.
Fun fact about Jowell is he has a bachelor’s degree in finance and outside of work he’s spending quality time with his son.
Practice Manager
Georgia is responsible for keeping communication flowing between practices and the lab. From co-ordinating cases to solving last minute problem solving, she thrives on organised chaos and enjoys making life both easier for the team and clients. With over 10 years experience in dental and orthodontic settings, as well as being a qualified orthodontic auxiliary, she understands the importance of exceptional customer service.
Outside of work you’ll find her lost in the hills for ‘decent’ sunrise.
